At Real Risk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns process.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without explanation. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@realriskrun.com.
